Ingredients:

750mL (3 1/8 cups) water
Butter
1 package Maggi Hollandse Hutspot

Directions:

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and add the carrot package.
  3. Next, while stirring with a whisk, add the mashed potatoes package.
  4. Add a little bit of butter, stir till melted and well mixed.  Ready to serve.

Tips & Variations:

Serve the Hutspot with: meatballs, ground beef, Italian sausage, cutlets, ham steaks, slavinken or blinde vinken. (The last two sold in the Holland Shopping Centre freezer compartment).
Try this Hutspot with delicious Maggi gravy.
Mix 1 large leek or a few green onions, cut in rings, into the hutspot.
Stir 200g (7 1/8 oz) fried lamb (Shoarma) meat into the Hutspot.
