Ingredients:

400mL (1 2/3 cups) water
300mL (1 ¼ cups) milk
1 tsp (5mL) salt
Butter
1 package Maggi Instant Potatoes Mix

Directions:

  1. Put the water, milk and salt in a pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat.
  3. Add, while stirring with a whisk, the package contents.
  4. Stir in a small amount of butter, and the mashed potatoes are ready to serve.

Tips & Variations:

Great with meat loaf, roast beef, or poultry.

Use herb butter instead of regular butter. Use with Maggi gravy

Add chopped ham, or chopped fried bacon pieces.
