Ingredients for Pudding:1L (4 ¼ cups) milk 1 package vanilla sugar 100g (3 ½ oz.) AH semolina 75g (2 ½ oz.) sugar Pinch of salt |
Directions:- Bring the milk to a boil.
- While stirring, sprinkle the semolina, vanilla sugar, sugar and salt in the milk.
- Bring it back to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until it is thick.
- Quickly pour it into a pudding mold which was cooled down by putting under cold water.
- Cool the pudding in the fridge until it is stiff.
- Turn the pudding out of the pan and serve it with a fruit sauce, pureed or canned fruit.
