Ingredients for Pudding:

1L (4 ¼ cups) milk
1 package vanilla sugar
100g (3 ½ oz.) AH semolina
75g (2 ½ oz.) sugar
Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Bring the milk to a boil.
  2. While stirring, sprinkle the semolina, vanilla sugar, sugar and salt in the milk.
  3. Bring it back to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until it is thick.
  4. Quickly pour it into a pudding mold which was cooled down by putting under cold water.
  5. Cool the pudding in the fridge until it is stiff.
  6. Turn the pudding out of the pan and serve it with a fruit sauce, pureed or canned fruit.

Tips & Variations:

1L (4 ½ cups) milk
A pinch of salt
75g (2 ½ oz.) semolina
Directions:
Bring the milk to a boil.
Stir the semolina and the salt into the milk.
Cook for about 3 minutes.
Serve with brown or white sugar.
