Ingredients:

1 package of Conimex Mix for Bahmi Goreng
250g (8 ¾ oz.) Conimex Mie
250g (8 ¾ oz.) unsalted pork, diced
50g (1 ¾ oz.) cubed ham
300g (10 ½ oz.) vegetable of choice (e.g. White cabbage, leek, bean sprouts etc.), washed and chopped
1 tbsp (15mL) Sambal Oelek or Sambal Tjampoer
2 tbsp (30mL) wok oil
100mL (½ cup) water

Directions:

1.   Add the contents of Conimex Mie to boiling water and cook for at least 10 minutes,         pulling the nests apart with two forks while boiling.

2.   Cook the diced pork in the wok oil until it is brown.

3.   Add the bahmi mix and the sambal.

4.   Add the vegetables and let it cook for 2 minutes.

5.   Finally add the ham and the mie and mix well. Serve hot.

Tips and Varieties:

Marinade the meat with any Conimex Marinade.

Use Sambal and Ketjap to taste.

Make an omelet and sprinkle the bami with omelet strips and serve Peanut sauce on the side.
