Ingredients:150g (5 ¼ oz.) omelet filling (for example: chopped ham, green onions, shallots, carrots, mushrooms, pork, chicken, or shrimp) 2 eggs 2 tbsp (30mL) oil 5 tbsp (75ml) water 1 package Conimex Mix for Foo Yong Hai (includes sauce mix and omelette mix) 250ml (1 1/8 cups) water |
Directions: - Put the omelet mix, eggs and water together in a bowl and mix well.
- Heat half the oil in a frying pan, cook the omelet filling until it is done and scoop it out of the pan.
- Heat the rest of the oil in the pan, add the egg mixture and cook it until the top is slightly dry.
- Turn over the omelet and cook the second side.
- In a pan mix 250 ml water with the sauce mix; while stirring bring to a boil.
- Let the sauce simmer for approx. 1 minute.
- Put the omelet on a plate and top with the filling.
- Fold the omelet double and pour the warm sauce over it.

Tips and Variations:Try these omelet fillings instead: -Crab, snap peas, white cabbage and coconut. -Chicken, green onions or chives, and spinach. -Vegetables, fried ground beef with garlic, green onion and curry powder. Serve with rice and
Kroepoek. Use
Sambal
and
Ketjap on it. Enjoy with Nasi Special, Bahmi Goreng, or any
