Tips and Variations:Substitute 150 g (5 ¼ oz) of unsalted cashew nuts for a vegetarian Nasi. Add extra vegetables (250g (8 ¾ oz.)) of your choice, for example white cabbage, bean sprouts, mushrooms and red pepper. Mix the vegetables in with the onion and leek.
