Ingredients:

350g (12 1/3 oz.) Mie Noodles
oil or butter
200g (7 1/8 oz.) chicken, cubed
1 paprika, in small strips
1 head broccoli, cut in small stalks
3 tbsp (45mL) ketjap
2 tbsp (30mL) peanut butter
150mL (½ cup) water
1 package Honig Mix for Bami Speciaal

Directions:

  1. Cook the Mie Noodles according to package.
  2. Heat the oil or butter in a pan, add and brown chicken. Stir in the paprika and broccoli as well. Add the ketjap.
  3. Add the water, the mix and the peanut butter and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Add the mie and stir over medium heat for 1 minute.
     

Tips and Variations:

Top with bean sprouts, raw or slightly stir fried.

Serve with atjar, kroepoek, seroendeng, peanut sauce.

Sprinkle with Koningsvogel fried onions.
