Honig Mix Voor Bami Speciaal

Ingredients:

350g (12 1/3 oz.) Mie Noodles
oil or butter
300g (10 ½ oz.) nasi/bami meat, i.e. ground beef or chicken, cubed ham, cubed pork
1 leek cut in rings
150mL (½ cup) water
1 package Honig Mix for Bami Speciaal

Directions:

  1. Cook the mie according to instructions
  2. Heat the butter or oil in a pan, add the meat and cook until brown. Add the leek.
  3. Add the water and the mix and stir while cooking for 1 minute.
  4. Add the mie and stir together over high heat.
     

Tips and Variations:

Bake 2 eggs as an omelet. Cut the omelet in strips and serve with the bami.  Top with bean sprouts, raw or slightly stir fried.

Serve with Atjar, Kroepoek, Seroendeng, Peanut sauce.
