Ingredients:

1 Package Honig Vermicelli Soup

1 ½ L (6 3/8 cups) Cold Water

100gr (3 ½ oz) Ham Cut into Cubes

100gr (3 ½ oz) Smoked Chicken in Pieces

2 Hardboiled Eggs Finely Cut

1tbsp (15mL) Finely Chopped Parsley       

Directions:

  1. Make the soup following the same directions as above, but leave out the meatballs.
  2. Add the cooked ham, smoked chicken and eggs to the soup.
  3. Garnish the soup with the parsley.

Tips and Variations:

Add green and peppers, onions, chopped tomatoes or other vegetables.
