Honig Vermicelli Soep

Ingredients:

1 Package of Honig Vermicelli Soup
150gr (5 ¼ oz) meatballs, homemade or purchased
1 tbsp (15ml) finely chopped chives
1 tbsp (15ml) finely chopped parsley
1 ½ L (6 3/8 cups) cold water

Directions:

  1. Put the cold water into a soup pan then add the package of vermicelli soup.
  2. Bring back to a boil.
  3. As soon as the soup has boiled add the meatballs.
  4. Let the soup simmer for 10 minutes with the lid partially on.
  5. Garnish the soup with the chives and parsley or herbs of your choice.

Tips and Variations:

Add any finely chopped vegetables of your choice.

Use chopped chicken instead of meatballs.
