Honig Noodle Soup |  |

Ingredients:1 Package of Honig Vermicelli Soup 150gr (5 ¼ oz) meatballs, homemade or purchased 1 tbsp (15ml) finely chopped chives 1 tbsp (15ml) finely chopped parsley 1 ½ L (6 3/8 cups) cold water |
Directions:- Put the cold water into a soup pan then add the package of vermicelli soup.
- Bring back to a boil.
- As soon as the soup has boiled add the meatballs.
- Let the soup simmer for 10 minutes with the lid partially on.
- Garnish the soup with the chives and parsley or herbs of your choice.

Tips and Variations:Add any finely chopped vegetables of your choice. Use chopped chicken instead of meatballs.
