Ingredients:
1.5L (6 ½ cups) water
1 package Honig Tomato Vegetable Soup
Directions:
Put the cold water and package contents into a pan and stir.
Bring the soup to a boil and put the lid on the pan.
- Let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Tips and Varieties:
For a Hungarian Style Tomato Vegetable Soup:
Cook the soup according to above directions; then add the following ingredients and simmer for an additional 3 minutes:
150g (5 ¼ oz) fried bacon cubes
1 red pepper in cubes
1 chopped onion
Garlic to taste
1 teaspoon Paprika powder
