Ingredients:
- 1 package Honig Tomato Soup
- 2 cubed tomatoes
1tbsp (30mL) finely chopped chives
1.5L (6 ½ cups) water
Directions:
Put the cold water in a pan and add the package contents. Bring the soup to a boil.
Once the soup is cooked add the tomato cubes.
Put the lid on the pan and then stirring from time to time let the soup simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish the soup with the chives.
Tips:
Replace the chives with 1 tbsp (30mL) pesto, or chopped parsley.
