Ingredients:

1 package Honig Vegetable Soup
150g (5 ¼ oz) prepared meatballs
150g (5 ¼ oz) chopped soup vegetables of your choice, i.e. onion, leek, carrot, celery, cauliflower
1.5L (6 ½ cups) water

Directions:

  1. Bring the water to a boil and add the package contents while stirring with a whisk.

  2. Once the soup boils add the meat balls and vegetables.

  3. Let the soup simmer until veggies are tender, and the meat is cooked, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Tips and Variations:

Tastes good sprinkled with finely chopped parsley and celery leaves.
