Ingredients:

1 package of Honig Indiase Kerrie Soep
1.3 l.(5 ½ cups) water
200 ml. (1 cup) coconut milk
150g (5 ¼ oz) chicken in pieces
1 chopped onion
100g (3 ½ oz) grated carrots

Directions:

  1. Put the cold water in a pan and stir in the package contents and the coconut milk. 
    Bring the soup to a boil while stirring, then put the lid on the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Once the soup is cooked add the chicken, the onion and carrots.
  3. Put the lid on the pan and let the soup simmer for approx. 10 minutes.
