Ingredients:
1 Package Honig Pea Soup
1 ½ L (6 3/8 cups) cold water
Directions:
- Put the water in a soup pan and mix in the soup package. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil.
- Once it has boiled, turn the temperature to a lower setting.
- Let simmer for 10 minutes with the lid partially on.
Tips:
Good with chopped Dutch smoked sausage and thinly sliced leek. See Old fashion Dutch Pea soup.
