Ingredients:

50g (1 ¾ oz) butter
¼ L (1 1/8 cups) water
2 Maggi Gravy Cubes

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter until it is pale golden brown, or reheat leftover frying grease.
  2. Add the water; crumble the tablets and add them to the liquid, stir well.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and the gravy is ready

Tips & Variations:

For leaner gravy use 15g (½ oz) butter.

Server with Boiled Potatoes, Fresh mashed Potatoes ,or over Maggi mashed instant potatoes, Dutch hash, roast beef, meat loaf or a Dutch meatball
