Ingredients:

50 grams butter or meat fat drippings

1 package Maggi Jus Pikant

1/4 liter or a bit less than 1 cup of water

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter till golden brown, or heat some frying fat from prepared meat.
  2. Add 1/4 liter of water and the contents of the package.
  3. Bring to a boil stirring constantly and let simmer until the gravy is slightly thick.

Tips & Variations:

Add 1 teaspoon of curry powder thru the gravy.

Lightly cook 1 minced clove of garlic in the fat before adding the water.
