Ingredients:

50 grams butter or meat fat drippings
1 package Maggi Jus Garden Herbs
1/4 liter or a bit less than 1 cup of water

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter till golden brown, or heat some frying fat from prepared meat.
  2. Add 1/4 liter of water and the contents of the package.
  3. Bring to a boil stirring constantly till slightly thick and smooth.

Tips & Variations:

Stir 2 teaspoons fine mustard and 2 tablespoons cream thru the gravy.
