Silvo Spice Mix for Goulash |  |

Ingredients:1 Package Silvo Spice Mix for Goulash 500gr (17 ½ oz) goulash meat, i.e. round steak, stewing beef 2 Large Onions 1 Large Red Paprika 50gr (1 ¾ oz) Margarine or Butter 1 Can of Tomato Paste (70gr (2 ½ oz)) 400mL (1 2/3 cup) Lukewarm Water |
Directions:- Cut the meat into cubes.
- Peel the onion and slice into tiny pieces.
- Wash the paprika; take the seeds out of the center, cut into cubes.
- Put the margarine or butter into a frying pan or Dutch oven and add the meat.
- Cook until the meat is light brown.
- Add the onions and paprika and cook a few minutes.
- Add the tomato paste to the meat and vegetables.
- Add the lukewarm water and package of spices and mix everything together.
- Cook on low temperature in Dutch oven, or transfer to a slow cooker and let cook on low for 1 ½ to 2 hours, occasionally stirring.

Tips:There is no need to add salt and pepper because it is already in the spices mix. Serve with rice or broad noodles. | Recipe Index Silvo |
