Ingredients:
1 package Silvo Spice Mix for Shoarma
1 kg (35 ¼ oz.) pork, in slices or cubes
Directions:
- Sprinkle the mix over the meat, mix thru and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Bake, roast or grill the meat.
Tips:
No salt or pepper needs to be added.
Great on pita bread with lettuce, onion, red paprika and Garlic sauce.
