Ingredients:
1 package Silvo Spice Mix for Chicken Tandoori
500g (17 ½ oz.) cubed chicken
Butter or margarine
Directions:
1. Sprinkle the mix over the chicken and mix together well.
2. Melt the butter or margarine in a pan and add the chicken and stir over low heat for approx 5 minutes until chicken is browned.
No salt or pepper needs to be added.
Tips:
Tastes great with peas, rice and curry sauce.
