Ingredients:

1 package Silvo Kruidenmix voor Nasi Goreng

400g (7/8 pound.) nasi meat, i.e. cubed lean pork or ham, ground beef  or ground pork
2 onions
350g (12 1/3 oz.) rice
4 eggs
Oil or butter

Directions:

  1. Cook the rice.

  2. Peel the onions and chop.

  3. Cook the meat until brown in the oil or butter.

  4. Add the onions and fry till golden and soft.

  5. Sprinkle the mix over it and stir well.

  6. Add the cooked rice and stir and on high heat.

  7. Meanwhile fry the eggs sunny side up and layer on top of the nasi.

  8. No salt or pepper needs to be added.

 

Tips & Variations:

Tastes good with saté, kroepoek, sambal, atjar tjampoer, seroendeng and cucumber pieces.
