1 package California Groenten Soep
1 liter water, or about 4 cups
Directions:
- Boil the water, then slowly add contents of package, while stirring.
- Put lid on the pan and simmer soup 8 minutes, stirring a few times.
Tips & Variations:
Add small round meatballs for a heartier soup.
