Koopmans Mix for Spice Cake

Baking Time: approx. 60 minutes
1 package Koopmans mix voor Kruidcake
200ml(7/8 cups) water
Directions:
Preheat the oven: Electric: 160°C (320°F) Convection: 140°C (285°F)
Grease the loaf pan.
Put the spice cake mix and the water in a bowl and mix it together with a spatula.
Pour the mixture in a loaf pan.
Place the cake just below the middle in the oven and bake the cake approx. in 60 minutes brown.
Put the cake on a rack and let it cool down.
Tips and Variations:
After the baking time you can prick the cake with a toothpick in the center and if it comes out clean and dry the cake is done.
You can vary the taste of the cake by adding some of the following ingredients: 100g (3 ½ oz) chopped walnuts or almonds, 100g (3 ½ oz) raisins or currents, 100g (3 ½ oz) apple cubes, grated peel of an orange
