Grease a round microwave bowl (Approx.. 24 cm diameter) with butter or margarine.
Add the mix and the water in a mixing bowl. And stir with a spatula until all smooth.
Pour the batter into the greased microwave bowl.
Bake the Spiced Cake in approx. 10 minutes.
Put the cake on a rack and let it cool down.
Tips and Variations:
You can vary the taste of the cake by adding some of the following ingredients: 100g (3 ½ oz) chopped walnuts or almonds, 100g (3 ½ oz) raisins or currents, 100g (3 ½ oz) apple cubes, grated peel of an orange
