Atlanta Mix for Spice Cake (Microwave)

Baking Time: approx. 60 minutes
Ingredients:
1 Package of Atlanta Mix for Spice Cake
225mL (1 cup) Warm Water (approx. 30°C)
50gr. (1 ¾ oz) Raisins (optional)
50gr. (1 ¾ oz) Pieces of Roasted Hazelnut (optional)
Microwave Directions:
Combine the mix and water in a bowl. Mix together.
Add the raisins and hazelnuts.
Mix all together. Do no use an electric mixer and do not over mix.
Put into a microwave safe dish.
Cook at 600 Watts for approx. 7 minutes.
After the cake is baked you can sprinkle the top with icing sugar.
Tips:
Instead of nuts and raisins you could use apple and pineapple
