Ingredients:

300gr (10 5/8 oz) Rice
150gr (5 ¼ oz) Ham
200gr (7 1/8 oz) Chicken Fillets
1 Onion
1 Red Paprika
100gr (3 ½ oz) Green Beans
200gr (7 1/8 oz) Canned Sweet Corn
2 Eggs
40gr (1 3/8 oz) Margarine
1 Package Knorr Mix for Nasi
100gr (3 ½ oz) Cooked Shrimp
150mL (5/8 cup) Water

Directions:

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Slice the ham and the chicken into pieces.
  3. Cut up the onion.
  4. Take out the seeds from the paprika and slice into pieces.
  5. Cook the green beans until they are tender crisp.
  6. Pour off the juice from the canned corn.
  7. Slightly beat the eggs.
  8. Heat up ¾ of the margarine; cook the ham and chicken with the onion and paprika until golden brown. Mix the green beans and the corn into the meat after it is cooked.
  9. Mix the package with the water.
  10. Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring constantly.
  11. Turn down to a low temperature and let the sauce cook for 2-3 minutes.
  12. Heat up the rest of the margarine and make scrambled eggs with the egg.
  13. Put the rice onto a plate and spread the sauce and meat mixture over top evenly.
  14. Top with the shrimp and eggs.
    Serves 4 people.
