Ingredients:

300gr. (10 5/8oz) Rice
2 Slices of Ham (approx 250gr. (8 7/8oz))
150gr. (5 ¼ oz) Leek, sliced

1 onion, sliced
2 eggs
2 tbsp (30mL) Vegetable Oil
1 package of Knorr Mix for Nasi
15gr. (½ oz) Margarine
½ cucumber in pieces to use as a garnish
150mL (5/8 cup) Water

Directions:

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

  2. Cut the ham into cubes; slice the onion and leek into rings.

  3. Slightly beat the egg.

  4. In hot oil cook the ham, onion, and leek.

  5. Combine the water and the package together.

  6. Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring constantly.

  7. Turn down to a low temperature and let the sauce cook for 2-3 minutes.

  8. Melt the margarine and add the egg to make scrambled eggs.

  9. Put the rice onto a plate, then add the vegetables, and sauce on top.

  10. Serve with the scrambled eggs, and pieces of cucumber on top.

  11. Serves 4 people.
