Ingredients:

300gr (10 5/8 oz) Rice
400gr (14 1/8 oz) Nasi vegetables, i.e. chopped onions, chopped leeks, sliced carrots, thinly sliced cabbage or a store bought bag of stir fry vegetables.
350gr (12 1/3 oz) Pork
2 tbsp (30mL) Oil
150mL (5/8 cup) Water
1 Package Knorr Mix for Nasi

Directions:

  1. Cook the rice as you normally would. Let stand.

  2. Meanwhile cut the meat into cubes and prepare the vegetables.

  3. Put the oil into a pan or a wok and add the meat.

  4. Cook until brown.

  5. Add the vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes.

  6. Then add the water and package of Nasi mix.

  7. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  8. Add the rice to the meat and vegetable mixture.

  9. Stir over heat for a minute till hot.
