Noodles with Chinese Cabbage, using Knorr Mix for Bami with Oriental Vegetables and Spices |

Ingredients:300g (10 ½ oz.) Mie noodles 350g (12 1/3 oz.) speklapjes, (lean thick bacon slices) 150g (5 ¼ oz.) ham steak 1 shallot onion 3 garlic cloves 1 bunch Chinese cabbage 75g (2 ½ oz.) cashews or Seroendeng 25g (7/8 oz.) margarine 1 package Knorr Mix for Bami 150mL (½ cup) water |
Directions:- Cook the Mie noodles according to the package directions.
- Cut the speklapjes in cubes, and the ham in strips. Shred the shallot, finely chop the garlic, and cut the Chinese cabbage in wide strips. Chop the cashews.
- Heat the margarine in a pan, add the bacon and ham and cook until brown. Add the shallot, garlic and the cabbage.
- Add the water and package contents. Bring the sauce to a boil, while stirring, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add and mix in the mie, sprinkle with the cashews, and/or Seroendeng.
Serve with a refreshing
