Noodles with Peas using Knorr Mix for Bami with Oriental Vegetables and Spices |

Bami Met Peultjes, bereid met Knorr Mix Voor Bami Met Oosterse Groenten en Kruiden | #95018 |

Ingredients:- 300g (10 ½ oz.) Mie noodles
- 350g (12 1/3 oz.) ham
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150g (5 ¼ oz.) fresh peas (snap or sugar)
- 25g (7/8 oz.) margarine
- 200g (7 1/8 oz.) chopped savoy cabbage or Chinese cabbage
- 1 package Knorr Mix for Bami
- 2 tbsp (30mL) Seroendeng
2 tbsp (30mL) Dried Fried Onions 4 tbsp (60mL) Atjar Tjampoer 150mL (½ cup) water

Directions:- Cook the Mie noodles.
- Cut the ham into pieces, chop the onion and the garlic very fine. Clean the peas. Thinly slice the cabbage.
- Heat the margarine in a pan, add the meat and cook it until it is brown, with the onion and garlic in the pan.
- Add the peas and cabbage and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the water and the package contents. Bring the sauce to a boil, while stirring, then let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the noodles, mix thru, and then sprinkle the bami with Seroendeng and Fried Dried onions. Serve with Atjar Tjampoer
