Oriental Noodle Soup Made with Knorr Mix for Bami, Oriental Vegetables and Spices |

Vermicelli Soep, Gemaakt met Knorr Mix Voor Bami Met Oosterse Groenten en Kruiden | #95018 |

Ingredients:- 200g (7 1/8 oz.) Mie noodles
- 250g (8 ¾ oz.) Chicken
- 2 tbsp (30mL) vegetable oil
- 1 Chicken bouillon cube
- 1 package Knorr Mix for Bami
- 2 tbsp (30mL)
Ketjap Manis
- 100g (3 ½ oz.) spinach
- 3 hardboiled eggs chopped
- 75g (2 ½ oz.) bean sprouts, washed and drained
- 2 green onions cut up
- 2 tbsp (30mL) Dried Fried Onions
- 1L (4 ¼ cups) water

Directions:- Cook the Mie noodles accoring to the package. Set aside.
- Cut the chicken in pieces.
- Heat up the oil and fry the chicken till it is brown.
- Add the water, the bouillon, the package contents and the Ketjap.
- Bring the soup to a boil, turn the stove to low, add the spinach and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the noodles to the soup.
- Serve the soup with eggs, bean sprouts, green onion and Dried Fried Onions.
