Vermicelli Soep, Gemaakt met Knorr Mix Voor Bami Met Oosterse Groenten en Kruiden

Ingredients:

200g (7 1/8 oz.) Mie noodles
250g (8 ¾ oz.) Chicken
2 tbsp (30mL) vegetable oil
1 Chicken bouillon cube
1 package Knorr Mix for Bami
2 tbsp (30mL) Ketjap Manis
100g (3 ½ oz.) spinach
3 hardboiled eggs chopped
75g (2 ½ oz.) bean sprouts, washed and drained
2 green onions cut up
2 tbsp (30mL) Dried Fried Onions
1L (4 ¼ cups) water

Directions:

  1. Cook the Mie noodles accoring to the package. Set aside.
  2. Cut the chicken in pieces.
  3. Heat up the oil and fry the chicken till it is brown.
  4. Add the water, the bouillon, the package contents and the Ketjap.
  5. Bring the soup to a boil, turn the stove to low, add the spinach and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the noodles to the soup. 
  7. Serve the soup with eggs, bean sprouts, green onion and Dried Fried Onions.
