Festive Chinese Noodles using Knorr Mix for Bami with Oriental Vegetables and Spices |

Ingredients:300g (10 ½ oz.) Chinese noodles or Mie Noodles 150g (5 ¼ oz.) ham steak 150g (5 ¼ oz.) chicken 200g (7 1/8 oz.) Chinese cabbage 2 garlic cloves 100g (3 ½ oz.) fresh peas, snap or sugar 25g (7/8 oz.) margarine ¼ tsp (1 ¼mL) white pepper 1 package Knorr Mix for Bami 100g (3 ½ oz.) shrimp 150mL (½ cup) water |
Directions:- Cook the Chinese noodles.
- Cut the ham and chicken into small pieces and slice the Chinese cabbage.
- Finely chop the garlic, and clean the peas.
- Heat up margarine, add the chicken and ham and cook until brown. Stir in the garlic and white pepper. Add the peas and Chinese cabbage. Stir fry 1 minute.
- Add the water and package contents, bring the sauce to a boil while stirring, and then let it simmer for 2-3 minutes
