Crispy Noodles and BroccoliMade with Knorr Mix for Bami with Oriental Vegetables and Spices |

Ingredients:- 300g (10 ½ oz.) Mie noodles
- 200g (7 1/8 oz.) ham steak
- 150g (5 ¼ oz.) chicken
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250g (8 ¾ oz.) broccoli
- 25g (7/8 oz.) margarine
- 1 package Knorr Mix for Bami
- 2 tbsp (30mL) vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp (45mL) chopped green onions
- 150mL (½ cup) water

Directions:Cook the mie noodles slightly according to the package. Cut the ham and chicken into pieces. Shred the onion, finely chop the garlic and divide the broccoli into small flowerettes. Heat the margarine and cook the chicken and ham until brown. Stir in the onion, garlic and broccoli. Add the water and package contents. Bring the sauce to a boil while stirring; turn the stove to low and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. Heat the oil in a wok and cook the mie until it is crispy. Serve with the sauce and sprinkle the green onions over it.
