Ingredients:300g (10½ oz.) Mie noodles 400g (14 1/8 oz.) Fresh vegetables (Leek, Tomato, Red Pepper,Carrot, Onion) 350g (12 1/3 oz.) pork 1 package Knorr Mix for Bami 2 tbsp (30mL) oil 150mL (½ cup) water |
Directions:- Cook the Mie noodles according to the package. Set aside.
- Cut the pork into small cubes.
- Put the oil in a wok add the pork and cook until it is brown, add the vegetables.
- Add the water and the package contents bring to a boil and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked Mie Noodles and mix together.
