Duyvis Carnaval Sauce Mix for Dipping

Ingredients:

1 package Duyvis Carnaval Sauce Mix

2 ˝ tbsp (35mL) Mayonnaise

1 tbsp (15mL) water

Directions:

Mix the package contents with the mayonnaise and water.

Tips and Varieties:

For an alternative do not add the water and replace half the amount of mayonnaise with yogurt.

This sauce tastes great with raw veggies, kroepoek (shrimp chips) and mini loempia’s (spring rolls)

The sauce can be made sweet and spicy if you add fresh chives or chopped ginger.
