Ingredients:

1 package Duyvis Aioli Sauce Mix

2½ tbsp (35mL) Mayonnaise

1 tbsp (15mL) water       

 

Directions:

Mix the package contents with the mayonnaise and water.

 

Tips and Varieties:

This is a mild garlic sauce.

For a spicy alternative, replace the water with white vermouth.

You can use the aioli sauce for a fondue and stone grill.

This sauce also tastes delicious with meat, hamburgers and potato salad.
