1 package Dyuvis Madras Sauce Mix
2 ½ tbsp (35mL) Mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15mL) water
Directions:
Mix the package contents together with the water and mayonnaise
Tips and Varieties:
This is a spicy Indian curry sauce.
Use pineapple juice instead of water for a tropical taste.
For a fruity taste add chopped apple and raisins to the sauce
